What should I do if I forgot my password?

I didn’t receive my order confirmation or shipping confirmation email. What should I do?

We’re sorry you didn’t receive your email! Please check your spam or junk folder first. It's also possible the email address you entered was incorrect.

How can I check the status of my order?

You have a few options:

  • Check your email: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your order ships.

How can I check the status of my return?

Returns may take 2–3 weeks to process. You’ll receive a refund back to your original form of payment once completed.

We recommend shipping your return with a tracking number so you can monitor the delivery.

Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?

At this time, we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messaging.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?

No. Currently, we can only ship to one address per order.

Are your products dishwasher, oven, microwave, or food safe?

Unless otherwise noted on the product detail page, our products are for decorative use only.

If an item is food-safe or safe for dishwasher, oven, or microwave use, that information will be listed on its product page.

Can I purchase products in bulk for resale?

Yes! If you are a retailer, you can submit an application and your business tax ID on our wholesale website.

At this time, we do not accept prepaid gift cards or international credit cards.

Can I combine multiple promotions?

Unless specifically stated, only one promotion can be applied per item. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be combined.

Do promotions expire?

Yes. Unless noted otherwise, promotions expire at 11:59 p.m. EST on the expiration date provided. Promotions do not apply to gift cards or discontinued products unless stated.

Can promotions be applied to previous purchases?

No. Discounts, prizes, and promotional offers only apply to new orders and cannot be retroactively applied to past purchases.

How do I use a promotional code?

If your promotion requires a code, simply enter it at checkout. Be sure to apply it before completing your purchase!

What if I’m purchasing clearance or sale items?
  • Clearance pricing is valid for new orders only.
  • Items are priced as marked—no additional codes apply unless stated otherwise.
  • We cannot make price adjustments on previous clearance purchases.

How do Buy One, Get One (BOGO) promotions work?

For BOGO offers, the discount applies to the lower-priced item unless otherwise noted.

  • Free shipping weekends typically require a $50 minimum order.
  • Free shipping promotions are only valid for delivery within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.

Ordering, Shipping & Returns

Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

Once an order has begun processing, we are unable to cancel or make changes. Please double-check your order before submitting it!

How much is shipping?

Standard shipping to the contiguous 48 U.S. states is $9.99.

How long will it take to receive my order?
  • Orders may take 3–5 business days to process.
  • Once shipped, standard ground delivery typically takes an additional 5–7 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends, holidays, or during flash sales may need extra time for processing.
Can I ship my order to a PO box?

No. A valid street address is required for delivery. We are unable to ship to PO boxes.

What happens if there’s a shipping delay?

If a delay occurs, we’ll do our best to notify you. However, we do not offer monetary compensation for delayed deliveries.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

We do not accept prepaid gift cards or international credit cards at this time.

What should I know about billing information?

Please make sure your billing address matches the address on file with your credit card provider. Mismatched information may prevent your order from being processed.

What is your return policy?

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Returned items must be:

  • In new, unused condition
  • With original tags, packing slip or order confirmation, and all original packaging/components

Please note:

  • Personalized items, clearance items, and items marked FINAL SALE are not eligible for return.
  • Returns received more than 30 days after the purchase date may be refused.
  • Shipping charges are only refundable if your order arrives damaged.
