Refund policy

If you’re not completely satisfied with your Sullivans purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price (with proof of purchase from www.SullivansHomeDecor.us).
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original tags, packing slip or order confirmation, and all original packaging and components included.

Please note:

• Personalized items, clearance merchandise, and items marked ‘FINAL SALE’ are not eligible for return.

• We reserve the right to refuse returns received more than 30 days after the date of purchase.

• Shipping charges are only refundable if the order arrives damaged. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
